Thanks NewnB that means alot. I didn't get to the medi today but will go tomorrow for sure. Haven't been working out either because it just took me down.

Just think of all the calories you didn’t eat at the Christmas party, and I bet that will make up a bit for missing it. I’ve been sick a week and a half w a sinus infection; on Biaxin so my tongue tastes lousy and I’m nauseated. The good new? I actually had to make myself eat, because I didn’t take in ENOUGH calories. This is a first.
