NOT SURE WHETHER TO RECORD IT...gooood sunday morning..been so long since i showed a loss..not sure if im suppose to record it or just wait till tomorrow an see if it sticks or not..weight has been coming down last 2 days..not quite sure whats changed..still eating like usual..only thing thats changed is im riding inside now an using zwift..different workouts...more hills..as i said..just never know how to react when i see this kind of a drop..just been trying to stay consistent in eating and riding...

have been reading online about lchf and how i can use that along with riding..ive been lchf for some time..but being off the sugar ive had to adapt to eating differently when im doing longer rides...my morning if im riding starts like this...i wake up from a 15 hour fast..i get ready for my morning ride...i have just enough coffee to wash down one scoop of protein along with one scoop of creatine..an im out the door...from what ive read..most people have 90 minutes of stored energy in their systems...so since i ride longer then 90 minutes some days..trying to see what i can take with me to give me the umph..that i need to get me back home..ive been taking another scoop of creatine with me in a empty medicine bottle..that if i feel like i need it i take it along with some water to wash it down...but would be nice to find some kind of food that i can take as a snack..thats not loaded with sugar or carbs...

plan on riding on zwift later today...need 16 miles to have my 100 miles for the week...actually enjoying riding on zwift for a change..dont have to sweat the weather or the early morning coolness..kinda nice knowing the temp is gonna be controlled...

well...need to get dressed an have some coffee...headed to walmart in an hour...get my weekly supplies an then need to prep for the week..get the chicken layed out an might just bake it today..kinda tired of crock pot chicken...i just having trouble believing i had a drop in weight...mind blowing at times how ive gone for weeks..with no change to speak of..well up down up down but nothing like this...im sure tomorrow it will be up a pound as thats just the body catching up with the drastic change of today..but who cares...its recorded...lol...

Congrats on the loss! You could take hard boiled eggs, cheese slices, cold meats and nuts on your ride, or make some low carb mug cakes and take one of them. Here's my favourite: cheddar mug muffin - 1 large egg, 30 g cheddar cheese, 25 g ground almonds, 1/2 tsp baking powder - mix all together in a mug or a small bowl. Microwave for 1 1/2 minutes on high (power level 10). Run a knife around the bowl to ease the mug cake out onto a plate to cool. Delicious!

Baking powder...what is purpose of the powder...to hold it all together..

Baking powder is a raising agent so it makes the mug cake lighter in texture.
