JUST TURNING OFF ZWIFT...GOOOD SATURDAY MORNING..kinda nice getting back into habit of riding at 430am..an having ride over with already..58 here this morning..so nice just to get riding gear on..an walk into bedroom..turn fans on..set zwift up on tv and laptop an commence to ride..purchased 2 remote 10 inch fans from walmart..they came yesterday an i put em in fitness room..almost like having wind blow past you when your riding..lol..

feeling better today..nose is still stopped up..but im sure after i eat the jalapanos in scrambled eggs after while..it will be running like a river..from one extreme to another...would be nice if there was a happy medium..

been trying to do 2 rides per day to get miles in..did 2 yesterday..but second one wasnt as good as i wanted..but no junk miles when you ride..they all count..


not sure why last photo doesnt show all the calories..always a difference in programs..zwift says one thing...strava says another...o well..

coffee/protein is gone..time for breakfast an peppers an eggs...

Thanks everyone...with the cooler morning temps..for me...i just can't seem to stay in the mood to get outside to do my rides...but having a 10 dollar per month subscription to zwift and being able to ride inside and it be interesting enough to enjoy the ride..for me and many others it's pretty incredible...my ride this morning ...i had 12 new achievements..from the last time I rode the same route...means I'm getting stronger...means riding hills thru the summer was worth every bit if the agony of getting to the top...i look forward to the next ride...

My mind is still thinking...here I am...enjoying riding as much as I do...getting a workout...that doesn't seem like a workout...and I'm looking forward to the next ride...and it's all beneficial to my health..
