ANOTHER REST DAY..goood tuesday morning..woke up at 330am..started getting set up to do a morning ride..but by 4am..was already back in bed..lol..was still tired..friend texted me to see if i wanted to ride a 30 mile ride today..said no not today..but sometime this week mabye..havent been taking my morning naps after i ride and im thinkin thats why im so tired when i wake up in the mornings..with the heat and being tired from the ride..and fasting before my ride..im thinking its a mixture of things adding to being so tired..so although im taking off from riding..grass is callin my name ...called my name yesterday..but walked outside an surveyed it an went back in and set down in recliner..lol...

went to walmart yesterday ..did good..even bout a recesses peanut butter cup ..the package with 2 inside..only ate one an put other in freezer..where it still sits..having gotten off the chocolate an the sugar..i just dont crave it anymore like i once did..

need to prep chicken up again today..just gonna throw it on parchment paper and bake it..had a great taste last week..spice it up with some spices..and take the easy way out of prepping today..need to get some jalapenos outta freezer..gotta have spicy food to put in food to get metabolism working more..yeap..burns going down..but seems to help ..

WELL..COFFEE/PROTEIN IS GONE ONCE AGAIN..need to get up an get the chicken in oven before the sun gets to high in the sky an the temp raises..was 70 this morning at 330am...ideal riding temps..but you gotta listen to the body..

and yes...i had a drop..they dont usually come every day like they once did..so i dont record them as often..just trying to keep caught up on it from time to time..so its not a drastic drop...

ty hcb..i know i need the rest..an at same time..as tired as i am..i want to ride..

Maybe switch it up and do an alternate program in bike rest days - arm work with something heavy?

Was thinking of walking on days off bike...but missed walk today..now it's to hot..and figured out wasn't so much tired..sinuses are in issue today
