Up 1 pound. Knew there would be an increase ... just changed diet and added more carbs back in ... and loaded up the past 2 days. Now to bring it back down in a normal manner.
73.0 kg Lost so far: 8.6 kg.    Still to go: 1.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
