Just stopped taking my EC stack yesterday ... had huge cravings and ate like a pig nonstop. My body was out of whack ... head, temp, etc. and I had really low energy.

Feel better this AM ... and hopefully I can regulate all of my systems and lose fat normally versus low cal, EC stack and fasting. Working on the balance of my 3 macro nutrients ... to find a happy combo that keeps everything running smoothly.

Day off exercising.
