I was "good" all week, keeping calories below 1500, closer to 1200-1300. I know I will have a couple of cheat meals this weekend as DD is coming to visit for her Birthday. She wants a decadent cake, and we will be eating out in a very nice restaurant! Si I will look forward to that!
