Good day all. Just weighing in and thinking: try not to let the scale going up and down be your primary focus. Oh yes it is sooo tempting, but at the end of the day, while my weight has been steady at about 176 and my FS goal is "170", I can always remember my ultimate goal is 10-12% BF which is steadily dropping. I'm a solid 13.7 and dropping about .5% per week. Even better, I'm gaining about .5-1 lb of lean mass from my workouts each week and can definitely feel the difference. With this change, I may never actually hit the blue line at 170. 10% for me is 169.5 lbs and steadily rising.

Definitely, true. I keep wondering what weight I'd actually be at my fittest! :)
