I retained a lot of water weight this weekend. Today is a push day to get to goal. A hard focus on no snacks, nothing extra except what is planned. I'm going to lunch with a buddy of mine today, so I'll just have to try to plan ahead as best I can. I'm only 6 lbs of fat loss to get to goal.. just need to push to get there. I can get that done in 3 weeks.

Workout tonight.

Thanks HCB. It's hard to log food when I go to a restaurant.. i.e. today I got a chicken fajita meal, but with grilled veggies instead of rice and beans and no tortillas. Most restaurants that do nutrition just give you the entire meals worth... so you're mostly guessing. Hopefully I guessed right.

Figuring nutrition information for restaurants can be hard sometimes, particularly when they don't have anything to go off of! I end up doing a lot of guessing and hoping I got it right (or at least close enough not to cause any problems). :) That goal is getting closer and closer for you..! :D
