ugh. I forgot my brain somewhere... Lost the focus. (warm weather has my head doing a marathon of things to do). Just need to wrap today up with a really light dinner and a workout. I'll push hard in the workout to make these extra calories actually mean something.
80.7 kg Lost so far: 2.4 kg.    Still to go: 3.6 kg.    Diet followed: Poorly.
