I did really well thurs, Fri, Sat. Even were out at Jacquie & Dennis' on sat night & didn't eat anything. Angie went into labour at around 9.30pm. We went to the hospital & I watched Zarah being born at 1.15am. Went to bed around 4am, still hadn't gone off diet. On Sunday night we went for KFC & it's been downhill ever since. I haven't exercised, I've slept a lot & eaten ice-cream, lava cakes, cookies, chocolate bars. I am still working on reducing some of the drugs that I'm on & hope next week to find the incentive to try again.
