I am a 60 yr old woman & have been happily married for almost 35yrs. I have 4 adult children & 5 grandchildren. I am excitedly waiting for our 6th grandchild to be born. He/she was due January 16th. I feel repulsed when I see myself in a mirror & yet I've not been ready to do anything about it, until today. I hope this site will help me become healthier & slimmer. I know how to lose weight, but I don't seem to have the incentive to make the effort. I hope today I'm ready to make that change.
