Last Sunday Jan 29/12 I slipped on ice & cracked my left ankle. Am in a cast to my knee & can't put any weight on that leg. Due to my spine issues & Fibromyalgia I have a very difficult time hopping on one leg & have very little balance. I have fallen as many as 5 times a day in the house. I am now using a wheelchair & walker & not crutches. I cannot weigh myself until this cast comes off. I am trying to eat less than has been normal for me & have only had chocolate once since last Sunday.
