Busy weekend - no time for workout - need to keep calorie intake down to make up for no workout. About 10:00 last night I finally had time to jog in place for an hour while I watched some Olympics.
68.9 kg Lost so far: 5.5 kg.    Still to go: 5.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
