Wow! 1.8 pounds, that's exciting! I did my best this weekend and it actually worked. It's that time of year where I can get out hiking and I really missed it. We went over four miles yesterday. I also believe my two fasting days make a huge difference. The weekends are still hard but I'm getting better. My hubby wanted to stop for ice cream but I said no.
Today is a fasting day. My hubby will have left over pizza tonight for dinner and that will be hard to smell. I'll make it though. I seem to have a willpower I haven't had in a long time.
