Just ate a lot yesterday. I'd tell you it'll come off as fast as it went on, but I don't flush and tell. 💩

Starting CrossFit Monday. We'll see how it goes!

I am currently 73.3kg, feeling so much better than when I was 82kg, when you get below 70kg you won't know yourself, life is so much better when you weight less and feel fitter, what's more if you don't smoke and drink red wine moderately or not at all, you will be on top of the world!
