Drank a LOT LOT of water yesterday. Focusing on that again today. Snacked a little still but was able to get the choice of MONSTER oranges vs the normal chocolate / cookies / etc they have here at work. Good deal. Of course I had a cookie too. Don't you worry. heheh. Not a bad night. Tired but been purging the closet so on my feet.
 
Actual:
Waist Measure: 33.5" on 12/13 = +.5 (Goal is 32")
BF %: 16% on 12/13 = +1.3% (Goal is 10%)
Pushups: 100 at lunch. 10 sec breaks at 50 and 75. (Goal is 100)
Cardio: None.
Fasting: Broke fast at 6:15 am

Cut Plan:
Resistance Training: 100 pushups daily. Work towards a full set with no breaks. **planning to add planks and the partial pullups hanging from my dip bars.
WOE: Eating healthy meals and only when I plan to.
Weight: finish cut by February.
Exercise: Scheduled workout session Monday, Wednesday and Friday. Planning on learning some yoga from the wife, treadmill, and some lifting. (missed Monday).
81.9 kg Lost so far: 1.3 kg.    Still to go: 4.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Sounds like you did great yesterday and are on track for today! Haha, glad you can be happy with your health efforts and eat a cookie, too! It just seems there are so many people who eat the tiniest candy and then feel like a failure for the rest of the day, even though it certainly doesn't look like it to us! Anyways, let us know if you find Narnia in the back of your closet! Might be in there somewhere! ;)
