So not much more to add with my snacking binges haha. I have been noticing some good gains though with my push-up regiment. I'm officially at 100 in one set as of this morning. Only had to take (3) 10sec breaks this morning. (I know it's not a full set, but my usual breaks at 30-60sec). I AM really happy about that. I'm going to keep working on getting to 100 in 1 shot. That's probably going to mean doing my 100 set in the morning, and then doing 2-3 more 25 rep sets throughout the day to get strength up. My ideal "goal" morning is 1. get up, 2. wake up, 3. do 100 pushups in ~1.5 minutes, 4. shower, 5. breakfast, 6. get to work. That's ultimately my end of year goal so I can start 2017 on the right foot. This week I'm going to start a M,W,F workout routine with the wife in our gym.
 
Actual:
Waist Measure: 33" on 12/8 (Goal is 32")
BF %: 14.7% on 12/8 (Goal is 10%) I triple checked on both sides.
Pushups: 100 with 10 sec knee down breaks at 22, 55, and 80(Goal is 100)
Cardio: None.
Fasting: Broke fast at 6:15 am

Cut Plan:
Resistance Training: 100 pushups daily. Work towards a full set with no breaks. **planning to add planks and the partial pullups hanging from my dip bars.
WOE: Trying not to snack
Weight: finish cut by end of year.
Exercise: Scheduled workout session Monday, Wednesday and Friday. Planning on learning some yoga from the wife, treadmill, and some lifting.
82.2 kg Lost so far: 1.0 kg.    Still to go: 5.1 kg.    Diet followed: Poorly.

part of the upswing might not all be snacking..could be muscle gain

Haha, I would be kinda surprised if you DIDN'T gain a pound or two from all that muscle work! Looks like you're doing really great with your workout regimen! :)
