Really productive and honestly a great weekend. Had a lot of fun. Christmas tree started going up too. Excited for Black Friday.. we've got a new TV in mind for the basement. Still a bit sore though from all the up and down and around from painting.

Actual:
Waist Measure: 33.75" on 11/15 (Goal is 32")
BF %: 17.5% on 11/15 (Goal is 10%)
Pushups: 45 this morning. A little rough at the end. I may stick on 50 for a couple days working on form and then bump back up again. (Goal is 100)
Fasting: Broke fast at 11:40am

Cut Plan:
Pushups: 50 tomorrow. (1/2 way there!)
Fasting: Water fast today until 5:30pm.
Weight: 175lb by 11/23 (1.4 lbs away) & finish cut by end of year.

Add dips in December probably.
80.0 kg Lost so far: 18.1 kg.    Still to go: 2.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
