Well for heaven's sake, 1 lb. I'm glad to lose that pound but sooo slooooowwwwww. Clothes ARE fitting looser since I started the resistance training so I should measure..
I think the scale is "mocking" me!
65.8 kg Lost so far: 59.0 kg.    Still to go: 3.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
