Movie Night! Haven't been in like 3 years... Gotta see the new HP movie though.
Actual:
Waist Measure: 33.75" on 11/15 (Goal is 32")
BF %: 17.5% on 11/15 (Goal is 10%)
Pushups: 40 this morning (Goal is 100)
Fasting: Fasted until 4:45pm. Ate until ~7:30pm. 20 hr Fast.
Cut Plan:
Pushups: Rest weekend. Start with 45 Monday.
Fasting: Water fast today until 5-5:30pm.
Weight: 175lb by 11/23 & finish cut by end of year.
Add dips in December probably.

We just saw the old Jack Reacher with Tom Cruise, and really want to see the new one. For some reason we don't see the Harry Potter, but they got to be good!

@warren --> Is Jack Reacher good? I think I can get that on Netflix. I need to check that out. I've always liked the HP movies and books. Pretty catchy. I grew up with it too I guess.

@dboza --> I use an Accu-Measure 3000 caliper. They're only $6 and IMO fairly accurate compared to most options, even some of the more expensive ones.
