Another good day all! Already need to get going at work..

Push-ups: 30 rep (Goal 100 rep in 1 set)
80.8 kg Lost so far: 17.3 kg.    Still to go: 3.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

The push ups are really good. One of the best challenges, we had, was a pushup challenge for our veterans. We had this really, muscular marine, I even forget his name now, but he was a great fitness guy. Funny, he left, and never came back. Great guy, and really knew his diet stuff. We were doing his pushups everyday. After 30 dyas I felt like the push up KING! lol

Woohoo, good job on 30! Personally, I'm terrible at push-ups; for knee push-ups I don't even reach 30, and on regular ones one and a half to two is about as far as I get! I really ought to fix that. :)

Steven, you are a wonderful resource for my forgetful brain. Somehow Mahjohn got me to do those every night. They killed me too, the irony of Kill 22, 22 military suicides every day. So sad!. I miss him on this site. I hope he started a gym.

Thanks Steven! I wish I could ski that hill with you. I was a decent skier. Everyone of my friends would race me, but my mass was too tough for them. I could fly.
