Woo Hoo! I have been working hard this week to get off those pounds I put on traveling and it worked! yay!! It felt so good to get back into the workout routine.

I also spent some time yesterday and came up with 4 options for work, hopefully to reduce everyone's stress level, including mine.

Today I am headed for some pre Christmas shopping with a friend and dinner out. Should be a fun day.
80.6 kg Lost so far: 18.7 kg.    Still to go: 3.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
