So after 3 1/2 weeks of traveling around the western United States, here is where the chips land. I know that I will get that back off so I am not worried, but it definitely gives me a goal and a new focus!

It's amazing how quickly the vacation weight can come off once you start eating normally again. I was super bummed to discover I had gained 6 lbs while on vacation in Hawaii because I thought I had been eating pretty close to plan. Once I was home I lost 3 lbs in the first 2 days. Probably just from flushing the extra salt/sugar out of my system. It'll come off quick and you'll be right back on track.

Isn't it amazing how quickly it returns? If I eat carbs, I usually see a spike
