Went off the grid for awhile know it's wayyyyy overdue to get back in the gym & start watching what i eat. 1 day at a time is what I'll do.

My weight was taking on Monday 9/26/16 after workout & shower 720pm
93.0 kg Lost so far: 4.4 kg.    Still to go: 11.3 kg.    Diet followed: Not Applicable.
