Again....followed food perfectly and its that once a month time I gain weight. Really upsetting but when I look at my weight history it does it every month. Wish is was consistant so I could starve that week...lol I'm still on track just a little sad, the 170's are still not that far away.
82.6 kg Lost so far: 30.8 kg.    Still to go: 7.7 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.
