Sigh...whatever...LOL. Waiting for my body to catch up but don't want to leave a blank for more than a day/so. It annoys me later when I look back to review the history.

I'm listening to my kids outside doing my lawn (win!) that I didn't get to yesterday. Today is another busy day for work - opportunities for accomplishment! Had coffee 2, working on getting 3 downloaded.

An out of state vacation is sounding better and better right now...
80.3 kg Lost so far: 24.9 kg.    Still to go: 14.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Thanks Mk. It does work and it is frustrating lol. I know to look at the big picture but at least I can pinpoint (today) why it's still up.

Been there. It must be even more frustrating for you skinny people, bunny. I hear the weight drops more slowly as you approach your goal. :) Just keep on keeping on! It's all we can do :)
