still at 159, but I feel so good so I'm staying on my WOE, actually I'm off the 3 day diet until Monday. So I'm trying to do a normal clean eating few days. Weekends & nights are the more difficult for me. Plus, we have people here at work that cook delicious, smelling food in the lunchroom which is just upstairs from my office, so I get a whiff of that during the day! EEEKKKK. BUT I am ok today, now, in this moment in time, so that is Super! I know I went a bit over the carbs so far but they are in fresh fruit form so that is ok. I will concentrate on zero carb for dinner. And low to zero carbs over the weekend. I really want to try some of the egg recipes from the 3 day egg diet that I didn't do, so maybe some of that. Then Monday it is back to my 3 day diet plus I started a challenge for the 3 day diet, so I'm excited to get it going!
