I had planned to be at the gym by 630 today but I was outta sandwich stuff for DH's lunch so he decided a breakfast would be just as good a lunch so I used my early time to make some breakfast tacos for DH and sat down and enjoyed breakfast with my husband,something we rarely do. Its 645 and Im just getting ready to go BUT I still woke up at 530 ( over and hour earlier than usual) like I planned so still a win in my book. I had a low carb tortilla breakfast taco , which is again something I dont do bc I like to work out on a empty stomach. We will see how it goes ..
Goals for the week
1. 100 oz water a day and log it
2. 20-30 net carbs a day ( work my way down bc I at 30-40 now)
3. Eat more fresh food
4. Log everything
5. 5 days/ 5 work outs
6. Dont make excuses
