My weight gain this week doesn't actually bother me much. Of course it does some, but I know exactly why it happened and just how to get myself back on track. I haven't been active at all since Tuesday, neither my husband or I have been feeling well, and we have been letting that dictate what we have been doing as far as our workouts go. and then I haven't been eating a very balanced diet for the past 4 or 5 days either. I've been giving into a lot of cravings, and just laziness, feeling too tired to cook real food so opting for fast food and pizza instead. So now it's just a matter of grabbing hold of those reigns and taking control again. It's just been a lack of self control.
