I woke up later this am (9am) but really swollen. I can feel it in my hands, face and feet. So I'm thinking...back off on the cheese, drop the burgers and drink more. I know my liquids were off yesterday but surprised by holding so much water. Tracking the weigh in for pattern purposes. If I'd weighed normal time, I'd probably be up a whole pound the way I'm feeling.
Today is an extra work day with grocery shopping, cleaning my house and lawn mowing thrown in there. Have to figure out a report thing before tomorrow and it's just not working. Have a hail mary thrown out to a coworker who is good at these things and hoping to get it together.
Gotta have some coffee first...Have a good day buddies.
