GOAL made:
cycle the col de la madeleine

(twice actually)

gianed weight, but im not worried about that at all...
its all fluids!

so next goal: 1750 km in 3 weeks starting 2 juli....

94.2 kg Lost so far: 18.8 kg.    Still to go: 15.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
