Yesterday was a great day! Started with a beautiful 3 mile walk, then some good creative computer work, two delish meals, my favorite yoga street class, then ended the night with 2 hours of gospel choir rehearsal. I am blessed indeed. Happy hump day to you all!

Sounds great, Laura. It must be nice to get the diet back in order. I wish I had gotten here years ago. I eaten a garbage diet most of my life. Have a great day!
