Had a good solid week, stuck with the diet and hit the gym everyday as well.

Storms eventually lose their rain, and even the darkest nights give way to sunshine.

109.8 kg Lost so far: 3.6 kg.    Still to go: 19.1 kg.    Diet followed: Not Applicable.

Hang in there I've have been there not to long ago. Was not that long ago I weighed 265 now with the surgery and hsrd work I've gotten done to 130 in under 7 months stuck eith what works you'll get there soon.
