I had a hungry day yesterday, it sucked but I somehow stayed in my calories and carbs. I was very happy to see I dropped again. I knew this was gonna be hard work when I started crave and since I live with my parents and children there is a constant flow of unhealthy foods running through here but my cheats are little and I sacrifice if I eat something bad. I determine whether or not it's worth the hard work I am doing So I'm glad to have lost some weight!
