Had a good weigh in at TOPS; lost 5.8LBS. Hope to do well next Monday. If I even lose a 1/2LB. I'll be happy. I know eating out and late night snacks can be my down fall.
100.2 kg Lost so far: 6.0 kg.    Still to go: 32.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
