Haven't lost or gained but have looked at my weight history and I seem to have this same situation once a month. It cannot be my cycle because I have not had one in 12 yrs. Really trying to figure it out. Still happy to be where I am at but want so badly to see below 200 since I haven't seen that in over 10 yrs
90.7 kg Lost so far: 22.7 kg.    Still to go: 15.9 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.
