Not much down, but I will take it! Hubby and I were talking about an article that he read about Omega 3's and Omega 6"s, the former good the latter not so much. I haven't read it, yet. That lead to a discussion about foods that we might purchase, mostly pre-packaged, that could contain what we really do not want to put in our bodies and how we can change that. I love that even though he isn't trying to lose weight he supports me and wants to be healthy himself.

Good job on the weight drop, and great that your hubby is supportive of what you're doing. I hadn't heard much about the Omega 6 fatty acids until the past year or so. But since they cause inflammation and I have heart disease it's become important for me....I'm always reading ingredient labels now. Basically using either olive oil, coconut oil, or butter for fats and cooking these days.

Good for you! And, yes, everything I read says Omega 6 is less helpful for us.
