Congratulations for being a non-smoker! That is crazy hard to do, and what a wonderful gift to yourself and your family! You can work the weight too, but it a way it's harder since you have to eat something. Great job holding firm on the smoking. Once that's super stable and you're not in danger of slide there, you'll be able to conquer the eating too, armed with the self-knowledge you gained by successfully becoming and remaining a non-smoker!

Hope things are going well. I use to be a smoker and our local hospital has a quit smoking class free of charge. They provided the aids, such as the patch or chantex, which I took the chantex and I have been smoke free for 4 years....we were taught in class that the hardest days are 3 days, 3 weeks, 3 months then 3 years. For some reason it always came in this pattern, which is true as these were the hardest. I admire you for taking on all these changes for your better health...Keep rockin it...and I promise it does get better....
