Considering how bad this dental implant mess has been, am doing fairly well.
New goal..not fats, no grains except popcorn.
53.1 kg Lost so far: 4.1 kg.    Still to go: 1.8 kg.    Diet followed: Poorly.

Becareful eating popcorn as the unpopped kernels can damage teeth. This is from experience. Good luck.
