Went out running this morning, it felt GREAT! (twice out and I'm already loving it). Moreover, the scale had a good surprise for me once back inside. I feel like I'm on a rush here and things are going great! I'm adding one more thing, after a serious relapse, I'm quitting tobacco again. I hope it will be for good this time.
