I have been reluctant to post here as I have been using FitDay as my tracker only because I have a lot of Custom recipes on FitDay although I find FatSecret more user friendly and it has a lot of Canadian products available to me. Back in the sadle since Jan 4, 2016 and so far I am down 19 pounds. Boy once you get over 60 and over 300 the tak is almost monumental.
