Hum, not too sure what happened this week, I was under my calories intake everyday and things were going well and then the scale play me this dirty trick... Oh well, it's only half a pound, I might have reached a plateau and I will need just a little bit more resolve and plow through.

On the other hand, I still had a few private meetings with the Nutella pot and I did indulge in a Mars bar or two during the week. Might just be the extra sugar that killed my work. :o)

Keep it up FatSecreters, you can do it!

While weight loss takes strong resolve and discipline, the actual loss of weight can be quite capricious. Days when I expect to lose a fraction of a kg, I seem to gain and days that I expect to gain a 1/2 ton I lose. Probably just our bodies keeping us on track. You have the right attitude and I enjoy your journal entries. Helps keep my eye on the ball.
