Hum, not too sure what happened this week, I was under my calories intake everyday and things were going well and then the scale play me this dirty trick... Oh well, it's only half a pound, I might have reached a plateau and I will need just a little bit more resolve and plow through.
On the other hand, I still had a few private meetings with the Nutella pot and I did indulge in a Mars bar or two during the week. Might just be the extra sugar that killed my work. :o)
