Decided to make broth and fruit cups today. Im not restricting the amount of intake of the broth but I am restricting the fruit to two full cups. Dinner will be fish brown rice and the veggies from the broth.
100.9 kg Lost so far: 3.4 kg.    Still to go: 17.0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
