No loss-no gain. I should be happy with that, but I wish I would have lost a little bit. I have been so good. I think if I stay on track through the weekend, I will lose a nice amount next time I weigh!
78.0 kg Lost so far: 13.2 kg.    Still to go: 3.2 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.

Any advice for a newbie, and how long have you been doing Atkins?

I haven't lost in 3 weeks, but I'm not going to stress about it. I know my "woosh" is coming. I know I can't go off plan for health reasons anyway. This is my way of eating for life, and hopefully that leaves me a long time to get to where I want to be.Good luck on the next weigh in!

You've got the right idea you have to stick with the plan regardless of what the scale says

No movement exists just before the downward slide. I think of it as the body saying "I'm almost ready to go lower." And then it happens. Supporting your effort even if it is not showing on the scale yet.
