Any bowlers out there? Last night was awesome for me. For the first time since I started bowling again, I had a 543 series, my high game being 210! I couldn't believe the strikes I got. I could hardly sleep last night after I got home just thinking about it. Even my bad shots were good. I guess it was my turn to be the hero for a change.
I stayed on plan all day yesterday, that was a good feeling too. Just getting out and getting the exercise after being stuck at home due to the slick roads was a big improvement. We have more slick roads today and I am contemplating whether I should cancel my hair appointment or not. We don't get much snow, but Missouri gets its share of freezing rain.

Just dabbling with bowling but having fun and getting back into shape, my knees are stiff, my back is stiff, but my aim is pretty darn good! :)

I hear you! When I started back bowling again after about 20 years, I could barely walk up to the line. I thought I wasn't going to be able to do it. but I stayed with it and it really limbered up my legs and my back. You will have to let me know from time to time how you are doing.
