At first I was a little upset about this weigh in, then I remembered that I ate out last Sunday and had a huge calorie day on top of hurting myself and not being able to exercise for a few days. No excuses just life, you know? So there I have it, that's how easily I can get it back up there, lesson learned. Now onward and downward....
79.2 kg Lost so far: 20.1 kg.    Still to go: 2.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
