Boom! First goal met. Felt like I starved myself yesterday. I don't want to do that to get results, if I do, I know myself well enough to know I'll bail on this diet real quick. Still learning this keto thing. I know it's the best way to lose, but it is not easy.

Best thing about low carb is I never feel hungry. Hunger is a deal breaker for me too!

Amen to the, I'm not going to go around hungry. I remember dieting in the past, and feeling like a stray dog...lol. I feel more like a tiger on keto! Happy researching, and have a great day! 🐯😀

LCHF is the only way I have found to lose weight and not feel like I am starving. If I start feeling too deprived I fall off the wagon with a thud!!

If u feel your starving, then it will eventually lead to over eating. On days like this, I indulge myself a bit so the emotional eating doesn't hit in the near future.
