I haven't been "bad", just waiting for my system to catch up to itself. Tomorrow and Wednesday traveling to work for meetings but put myself at a hotel with a fitness center so I'll at least have access. Now I need to remember to bring my walking clothes/shoes when I pack today.

I'm curious to see how work goes while I'm there. I keep getting a vibe that all is not well within the management relationships. I'm remote so I'm insulated from what's really happening day to day. I don't know if that means anything for/to me going forward but I want to get the feel. I'm concerned enough about things changing considerably that I'm upping my emergency cash to cover a year expenses so if it gets intolerable I have options while I make changes. I don't expect it to change "now" and I have more to learn here so I'm not looking to hop but...just feels weird.

Still cold today (we had one day of warmer then back to 60s) and I have to do laundry to have my socks. Such a weird feeling day...

Great about the gym - I always find a place with cardio machines and weights. Trust your instincts and listen to all while at the work event. You will figure it out, and you have school, too.

About work, great idea to start saving (reduces anxiety and puts us in control) and don't worry, have faith. Whatever will be will be and it always works out for the best. You are doing amazing and I always love reading your posts! Keep up the Great Work!
