Had a little misstep last night eat somethings I shouldn't have.
115.7 kg Lost so far: 0.9 kg.    Still to go: 34.0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Don't worry, it's normal. It's okay to fail occasionally, fall is allowed but get up is required so keep on!!! (Sorry if my english is not correct 😳😅)

Overall I did lose 3ls this week and lower my blood sugar so no complaints.
